International company in the industrial sector, located in Andalucia, needs to incorporate an HRBP.

- Act as a strategic partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
- Lead and supervise all local HR activities for the site of Cordoba and Bilbao
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
- Support the growth of the factory.
- Lead the labor relations/trade unions on site.
- Be a sparring partner for the management team
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning
- Partner with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record and several years of experience in negotiating labor relations (MUST criteria)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization (MUST criteria)
- Used to work in a complex matrix organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Spain (MUST criteria)
- Leadership experience (Must criteria)
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

- Spanish and English fluent (MUST criteria)
