Data Analyst Omnichannel - Hybrid

Hays Technology is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma. They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area.

Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. It is growing and has more than 400 specialists. This hub is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for a Data Analyst Omnichannel responsible for tracking and measuring automated omni-channel marketing campaigns (manual tracking until we have automated campaigns) within Business Units enabling the impact analysis of campaigns to derive broader campaign insights and optimizing ongoing and future campaigns. The Campaign Analyst will be working alongside with Brand Teams at Business Units as well as other areas involved on campaign reporting ensuring desired campaign goals are reached and supporting insight generation (based on available insight generation governance). Also, will enable and maintain automated operational campaign reports for omni-channel campaigns executed via campaign automation tools. Further, the CA will ensure campaign briefing and metrics (incl. conversion funnel) are in place at the Delivery Units.

What will your duties be?

  • Ensuring campaign reports are delivered.
  • Gather data and follow necessary processes, standards, requirements and resources to support Business Units to analyze results and derive campaign insights in order to generate best practices and optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Implement and validate tagging, segmentation and other relevant processes in collaboration with relevant capability owners for more meaningful analysis.
  • Develop and manage a MIDI (ideally global & automated) Omnichannel Campaign Performance Report, by collaborating with different stakeholders on data integration at campaign level.
  • Develop and manage a MIDI (ideally global & automated) Omnichannel Campaign Requesting Report, to provide an overview to Digital roles to better monitor requested vs. executed Omnichannel campaigns.
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders at different locations while ensuring that campaign reports add value and gain efficiencies across region.
  • Digital analytics, Adobe analytics, reporting and dashboard tools, programming as well as capability to gather insights out of data.

What are the requirements?

  • 3+ years progressive work experience as Campaign Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree, e.g. in (Digital) Marketing or similar experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with omnichannel digital data and metrics, including email, web and CRM.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools.
  • Positive and collaborative team player with a service-oriented attitude, a good work ethic and demonstrating pro-active behavior.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • English fluent.
