We are looking for a person for immediate incorporation in the company for the position of legal specialist.

What you’ll do

• Preparation of legal claims.
• Massive management of legal proceedings.
• Location of debtors.
• Negotiate payment terms and prepare agreements and resolution proposals.
• Ensure that debtors comply with their agreements.

What experience you need

• Communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of extra-judicial and judicial negotiation, having fluid communication with legal agents such as bankruptcy administrators, lawyers, as well as with company administrators.
• Proactive and decisive.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Knowledge interpretation of land registry report.
• Knowledge of secure and unsecure debt.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures.
• Knowledge of company debt and balance sheet interpretation.
• Experience of 3-5 years in managing distressed debt.
