El perfil que buscamos es un/a ingeniero/a full stack con Java, buen nivel de inglés (francés un plus). El trabajo sería 100% remoto. A continuación te copio la lista completa de requisitos (he señalado los más importantes):

• Advanced knowledge of software programming and experience developing using Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Some years of experience working as part of a software development team,
• Some experience developing rich UI/Front-end for user-facing web applications,
• Proficiency implementing software in Java,
• Experience with JavaScript and frontend frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, etc.), HTML5 and CSS.
• Comfortable with large projects in source control (Git, SVN), continuous integration and writing unit tests,
• Interest and aptitude to independently learn new technologies,
• Must be capable of working independently to solve problems
• A willingness to learn and apply software engineering best practices to your work
• As with any engineer we hire, the ability to communicate well in English is crucial (English is the working language).

En cuanto a la experiencia, necesitamos que la persona haya trabajado al menos unos 4-5 años con estas tecnologías. No es necesario que tenga mucha más experiencia pero sí que sepa trabajar de forma independiente, aunque esto ya lo podemos evaluar nosotros en la entrevista.
