As Head of CRM you be a key piece in our marketing team and you will lead the retention department (currently formed by an Executive CRM) on how to optimise and deliver campaigns using marketing automation in order to achieve the maximum benefits and return on investment. You will champion Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering training, providing governance, developing the marketing automation platform to fulfil cross channel communications, and applying best practice.
You will be responsible for:
· Salesforce set up and optimization.
· Marketing automation, exploring opportunities to measure, analyse and incorporate the use of behavioural data for optimizing campaign performance to meet revenue goals
· Customer segmentation and message personalization
· Product promotion · KPI and report implementation oriented to ROI
· Competitor’s benchmark to monitor competitive marketing activities and provide a perspective to the marketing and commercial teams
Qualifications & Experience:
● Over 5 years as a CRM Manager & Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Key
Competencies & Skills
- ● Proven experience working in performance marketing
● Google Analytics 360
● Knowledge of digital marketing metrics
● Must have worked in enterprise-level marketing automation products
● Marketing channel management, principally email and SMS
● Experience of initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer first strategy
● Experience of customer segmentation
● Fluent English
