Front-End Lead

Orange Bank is seeking for a Chapter Lead Front who will become the technical reference to the Development Team. He will lead his discipline and have a global vision of the technical decisions of different squads, of the technical advances of the project and of the estimation of forecasts. This worker will be in charge of adding value based on their experience and knowledge and by making teams gain autonomy.

  • Maintain daily dialogue with the entire team of internal developers and different service providers, with other chapters, as well as with the rest of the organization, especially with the other technical teams.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day life of the different squads, contributing with knowledge and experience to help in finding solutions to be implemented, in deciding how to face different technical and business challenges and in resolving technical questions.
  • Supervise the code of other developers, perform pair-programming with them and, in general, do what is necessary for the teams to advance correctly both in form and in depth.
  • Help in the choice of squad programmers, whether they are Orange Bank staff or collaborating companies.
  • Control everything related to Lead Front Development in the bank.
  • Have a technical and business cross vision, know dependencies and share information with other teams in order to make decisions.
  • Homogenize the way of working and advice to squads.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Almost 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in team leadership and front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and other frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Web Applications Servers: Nginx, Apache Web Server, WebSphere.
  • Knowledge in architecture (valuable).
  • Experience in Scrum or Kanban (agile).
  • Fluent in English.
