Your new role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Service Desk officer will be responsible for: Order Management tasks - Handle local customer's orders in the most efficient manner, including goods returns and keep tracking until billing. - Contribution to slow mover activities - Ensure price accuracy in orders. Gap communication with Commercial Teams - Contribution to various business KPI`s and targets for Cluster Europe - Proper communication with customers, internal Service Groups, Sales team members - Overdue collection in cooperation with Account Manager and Group Finance - Complaint Management, QNS maintenance and task coordination / completion - Accompany process developments, input, process adherence, business rule implementation - Solution management for all OTC process related issues and escalations.

Order Fulfillment tasks - Create and monitor deliveries according to the settlement date - Reconfirm deliveries with reliable dates. - Coordinate and escalate unconfirmed items - Offer alternative delivery packaging units - Proactive communication for all delivery relevant topics with internal and external teams - Initiate and coordinate stock transfers - Interface to Transport- / Warehouse Management - Do stock allocation on prioritization guidelines and business rules

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree related with Business - 1 years of experience in customer service, in manufacturing company - Experience in SAP transactions on R3 / SD is a must. - Service orientation. - Ability in planning and co-ordination. - Ability to work in a team - Active and enthusiastic, able to work under pressure. Fluency in English and Spanish is required
