Bilingual E-Commerce Manager Iberia for LEGO

+6 years´experience in a similar position

From Hays Madrid we are currently recruiting an e-Com Manager for the Iberian Market.

 His / her role is to provide on the ground support and execute on e-commerce and Omni-channel solution development for primarily strategic customers in Iberia.

This role will be tasked with delivering best in class LEGO online (and Omni-channel) shopper and consumer experience. This position is also expected to gradually increase e-com/Omni-channel expertize in the Iberia organization.

Your new role

E-Commerce is a key area for The LEGO Group. Thus we are looking for an experienced candidate with a background in a similar position, especially with relevant experience defining, creating and developing an ecommerce strategy . The main purpose of this role is to obtain an understanding of the retail landscape across all channels (online, mobile, store) in Spain and Portugal and execute in digital solutions for “appointed” strategic customers. At the same time this role will build and develop the digital ecosystem for the LEGO brand and subthemes, coordinate the digitalization of the ATL/BTL toolbox and lead the social media plan.

Main Goals for the new e-Com Manager:

1. Positive impact in the customer pulse related to the digital business
2. Implementation/Optimization of new LEGO stores on the web
3. Implementation of new digital solutions
4. Sales uplift in e-com area

What you’ll need to succeed

1. +5 years ‘experience in an e-Commerce Manager position role.
2. Experience working in a digital/e-Commerce role at either an start-up or in the Digital Department of a large global company.
3. Have a proven track record of success, activating an A-brand via own digital channels or 3rd party retail channels
4. Might have leadership experience and Digital Marketing experience as assets also.
5. Excellent communication skills in English (will be working in the language).
6. Hold a master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT focusing on digital or E-Commerce (desired) Long-term strategic partnerships driven by detailed insights, knowledge and innovation will be The LEGO Group’s outcome.
