Design and implement the appropriate management tools to improve and optimize costs, time and quality in the execution of its internal/external customer service in his/her area of influence. Devise the strategic plan for operational activity as well as its implementation and management within his/her region. Develop and optimize processes and technologies to maximize the standards of quality of service offered, minimizing incidents. Set objectives and monitoring indicators to measure the quality of service offered to internal/external customers. Manage and increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Ensure the standardization of service for all customers/suppliers and the company’s subsidiaries in Europe. Integrate and adapt the companies’ systems and procedures that could be acquired in the future. Maintain constant contact with the main internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate his/her activity with the organization’s other departments and business units in all European countries where it provides service. Periodically attend the SSC’s Steering Committee meetings. Meet the quantitative and qualitative objectives set.

Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
He/she must have at least 15 years of professional experience at prestigious multinational companies. His/her career path will be stable and growing. He/she will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within organizations whose main activity is B2B distribution. He/she will have extensive experience leading Customer Care Departments at organizations and within sectors with a large volume of operations and low margins, multi-country, managing the sales back office for large clients with important and strategic contracts as well as a high number of stakeholders (both internal and external). He/she will have extensive experience in managing large-scale teams, made up of partners from different cultures and nationalities, with a high turnover rate and with many of them focused on repetitive tasks in terms of back office sales/purchases.
