Solutions Consultant
The Solution Consultant will possess deep domain expertise of Enterprise Messaging solutions that will enable and inspire the progression of sales, by providing deep technical expertise and be able to share this expertise with a range of stakeholders, including expert technical stakeholders, line of business leaders and C-Level leaders. The Solution Consultant will also provide expertise in the implementation and integration of Enterprise Messaging solutions

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Develop customer technical presentations, that translate to functional and business value for the customers business.

Develop technical and service scope of work documents, as they relate to customers specific requirements.
Provide product training to Sales team members in Iberia, to increase sales staff self-sufficiency.
Provide product training to customers.
Deliver implementations and integrations to ensure efficient and effective customer on-boarding
Take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
Ensure that co-workers are treated respectfully and without any form of discrimination, harassment or victimisation.
Perform other tasks or activities as directed.
A strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/requests at one time
High level of resilience within a challenging environment (the cornerstone of strong pre-sales)
A proven understanding of the Messaging and Communications market, with insight into global and local trends
A deep knowledge of the technical architecture and functions Enterprise Messaging software platforms deliver into the market
An ability to simplify the complex, by translating technical information into business value
A quick ability to learn new technical advancements and their value to target customers
An ability to guide customer IT staff through the implementation and integration phases of projects
An ability to understand specific customer nuances and how the standard product fits the needs of the customer, or guide on how non-standard implementations can be achieved
