Dialer Manager

We are working for a multinational financial company, searching a Dialer Manager based on its Madrid Office
ABOUT THE ROLE:

They are looking to hire an experienced Dialer Manager to manage the Call Center operations inline with the internal Collection strategies. Not only will you manage the setting up of the daily dial schedules and monitor daily activity within the operational areas, you will also provide analysis to help develop communications in Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for activities across all proactive Outbound Contact Strategies
Drive operational performance through effective use of the Dialer
Ensure SLA’s and policies are aligned to business requirements
Set up monthly/daily dial schedules
Campaign management of lists, filters and service parameters in line with current strategies for all departments
Monitor dialing activity for all departments and make necessary amendments to dial configuration settings to enhance productivity
User management· Develop and manage real time reporting
Issue management

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Dialer experience - Minimum 10 years’ experience
Understand regulatory requirements for outbound dialing
Experience of managing and allocating work within an operational area
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency Level of English is a must
